Join us for The 2022 Vulcans Community Awards reception on Thursday, November 29, 2022. Registration begins at 5:30 p.m., and the reception begins at 6:30 p.m. at The Club in Homewood, Alabama.

The Vulcans are the Birmingham region’s highest civic honor and will be presented to seven honorees who represent civic pride, progress and leadership in four categories: Lifetime Achievement, Hero, Game Changer, and Servant Leadership.

The Vulcans has proven to be more than your typical awards program. In addition to a festive atmosphere, you can expect brief, powerful presentations about the inspiration for and substance of the honoree’s award-worthy efforts.

Three Spear honorees will also be presented with awards and applauded for their impressive civic contributions to the Birmingham region.
