Birmingham will see a partial solar eclipse – nearly 92% eclipse of the sun. The anticipated beginning time is NOON, with totality occuring at approximately 1:31 p.m. CST.
With the purchase of an admission ticket ($6 for adults and $4 for children) you will receive a free pair of solar viewing glasses, while supplies last.
Visitors planning to attend the viewing event may purchase their tickets beginning at 10:00 a.m. when the park opens. Still, glasses will be available while supplies last.
