Join Vulcan Park and Museum’s 3rd Annual The Vulcans Community Awards dinner on Thursday, November 3, 2016. Registration begins at 5:30 p.m. and the dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. at The Club in Homewood, Alabama.

The Vulcans are the Birmingham region’s highest civic honor and will be presented to honorees who represent civic pride, progress and leadership in five categories: Lifetime Achievement, Hero, Game Changer, Servant Leadership and Newcomer.

The Vulcans has proven to be more than your typical awards program. In addition to a festive atmosphere, you can expect brief, powerful presentations about the inspiration for and substance of the honoree’s award-worthy efforts.

In addition, eight Spear honorees will also be presented with awards and applauded for their impressive civic contributions to the Birmingham region.
